Pump systems

For larger (industrial) refrigeration systems with different evaporators, blast,- or plate freezers, pump systems are often used as a standard. A pump system consists of a liquid separator with refrigerant pumps and a "wet" evaporation from the beginning to the end of the evaporator. This ensures quick, reliable and accurate evaporating without complicated auxiliary or control systems. Pump systems have been used for more than 80 years and are mainly used with natural refrigerants such as NH3 and CO2.

Wijbenga designs and builds complete pumping stations with separators, pumps and other components. All parts are coated with a high quality coating and thoroughly cleaned and dried after the pressure test. The assembly is produced according CE-PED rules and can be installed as one fully certified component.

The units can optionally be provided with:

• Central pump pressure line

• Filter / Dryer
• Oil drain or return system
• Assambly of extra heat exchangers or other components
