Due to the unique combination of products, expertise and a good relationship with the suppliers, Wijbenga is able to deliver more than just single components. Wijbenga has the ability to assemble the components to completely finished units.
The possibilities are from assembling a heat exchanger with a separator to the construction of complete solutions with heat exchangers, vessels, separators, pumps, (pre-fab) piping, valves and framework. Frequently Wijbenga develops and produces units, built in 2 or 3 connected parts that is transported on a flatbed trailer and supplied at the construction site right on time.
The design is always in close cooperation with the constructor and the supplier. Positioning of the components and the various connections are always discussed with the customer. 3D CAD drawings are submitted for approval and changes are possible until the start of production.
