WITT is a manufacturer of tailor made separators and pressure vessels. With the system parameters and the self engineered software, Wijbenga can design and offer separators and pressure vessels for all kinds of applications. Construction drawings of the vessel are made by WITT, using the latest 3D CAD applications. After the design and drawings are approved by the customer and project manager of Wijbenga the production will start.

The design of the pressure vessels is standard according the AD-2000 Merkblätter and the Pressure Equipment Directive (CE-PED). The production of vessels and separators is under the supervision of their own quality manager and ISO 9001 certification system. The Notified Body of WITT is TÜV, but other approvals are available on request.

The pressure vessels can be assembled together with other components such as pumps, heat exchangers, valves and other components. This saves a lot of time and costs in the building process on site. It also reduces the risk of errors in design. The complete assembly is designed, drawn, tested and CE-PED certified.
