Level sensors
RTK digital level sensors are the standard solution in industrial refrigeration technology for accurately measuring liquid levels in separators and liquid receivers. They are typically mounted on standpipes or sensor tubes and are suitable for use within a temperature range of -50 to +200 °C. These sensors are compatible with all natural and synthetic refrigerants, as well as with oil and other liquids.
The measured level is transmitted as a 4–20 mA signal, enabling easy integration with PLCs, controllers, or external displays. As standard, the sensor heads are equipped with an LED level indicator; a digital display on the sensor head is also available as an option.
All level sensors are assembled in-house by Wijbenga, then precisely calibrated and tested for leakage. A final quality check is performed before shipping. Thanks to this in-house production, delivery times remain short.
