Electric actuator

REact

The RTK REact actuators are specifically designed for RTK control valves. They are equipped with a precise and reliable stepper motor, power switches, anti-condensation heating, and standard manual operation.

Various versions are available with different drive powers and speeds, ensuring that there is always a suitable actuator for a wide range of control applications. The electric actuator thus provides a reliable and efficient solution for most control scenarios.

Control

The process control can be implemented in various ways, with the most commonly used method being the three-position step controller. This controller operates in three steps: increase, maintain, and decrease. Based on the measured and desired valve position, the controller actuates the drive using pulse-pause signals.

The desired valve position can also be provided via an analog signal of 4–20 mA or 0–10 V. In this case, an additional valve positioner ensures that the valve is accurately moved to the desired position.
