NRP refrigerant pumps

The new standard for natural refrigerant pumps

The innovative WITT NRP refrigerant pumps are designed for CO₂ pump systems. Years of experience with natural refrigerants have resulted in a uniquely modular design of both the pump housing and internal components. The pump housing is available in two basic sizes: NRP-5 and NRP-12.

Flexible Configuration
The connections can be adapted to the specific installation situation, making it possible to replace pumps from other brands as well. The number of impellers in the internal assembly is variable, ranging from one to four. This allows both flow rate and pump head pressure to be precisely matched to the desired conditions. Even after installation, the configuration can be modified if operating conditions may change.

Outstanding Performance
The new hydraulic design and the absence of a motor bushing significantly improve efficiency. Nearly the entire volume flow is available for the refrigeration system, as the NRP uses only a small portion for motor cooling. Installing a Qmin bypass or pump overflow is no longer necessary. Thanks to the wide frequency range from 20 Hz to 60 Hz, the NRP can consistently operate at the optimal working point.

Operational Reliability
Thanks to its robust design, the NRP is less sensitive to dirt particles, oil, gaseous refrigerant, and sudden pressure drops. If maintenance is required, the internal assembly can be removed as a whole from the pump housing. The housing itself does not need to be dismantled.
