WITT Exchange pump service
Efficient and easy
For WITT HRP and GP pumps, customers can take advantage of WITT’s Pump exchange program.
Your Benefits:

- 1-year warranty on the exchange pump
- The service technician can remove the old pump and install the new one in a single visit
De procedure:
- Provide the type, serial number, and year of manufacture of the defective pump.
This can be done by phone at +31 (0)345-681549 or via info@wijbenga.nl. - Once accepted into the exchange program, place your exchange pump order via orders@wijbenga.nl.
You will then receive a return number from us. - Within two weeks after delivery of the exchange pump, return the defective pump to us, clearly stating the return number.
Costs:
- The gross price for an exchange pump is 70% of the new pump price.
- All prices are ex-works.
Terms & Conditions:
- The defective pump must not be older than 15 years (the year on the nameplate is decisive).
- If the nameplate is missing or illegible, the pump is not eligible for the exchange program.
- The defective pump must have been recently in operation and must be returned to us in reasonable condition, free of oil and refrigerant.
- The pump must not be disassembled, either partially or fully, prior to return.
- The defective pump must be returned to us within 14 days after delivery of the exchange pump, accompanied by the return form provided, and delivered DDP. The returned pump becomes our property.
- If any of the above conditions are not met, the full price of a new pump will be invoiced.
- Do not send any pumps to our warehouse in Geldermalsen without prior agreement and a valid return number.
