Separators and pressure vessels

WITT is a manufacturer of tailor made separators and pressure vessels. Together with the contractor we discuss the specifications and offer a suitable solution. After the order is placed, the pressure vessel is designed using 3D CAD software, in accordance with the specifications. Once the design is approved, production begins at Witt's factory in Aachen.

0-(8).webpFor most separators, the unique and reliable WITT HAM seperator system is a suitable solution. HAM stands for Horizontal Multi Separation. The HAM system offers reliable gas and liquid separation in a smaller separator diameter. It also provides significant flexibility in positioning connections and components on the separator.

The design of the pressure vessels is standard according the AD-2000 Merkblätter and the Pressure Equipment Directive (CE-PED).  The production of vessels and separators is under the supervision of their own quality management and ISO 9001 certification system. The Notified Body (EU-CAB) of WITT is TÜV, but other approvals are available on request.

The pressure vessels can be assembled together with other components such as pumps, heat exchangers, valves and other components. This saves a lot of time and costs on site. It also reduces the risk of errors in design. The complete assembly is designed, tested and CE-PED certified.
